Hotel reservation policy

To make a reservation at our Hotel, contact us by phone or email or make a direct online reservation through our reservation system. ( "BOOK NOW")

Hotel cancellation policy

If you cancel at least 21 days before the arrival date, then there is no charge.

If you cancel from 20 to 15 days, before the arrival date then you will be charged with 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

If you cancel from 14 to 7 days, before the date of arrival then you will be charged with 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the arrival date then you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

In case of no-show at the Hotel on the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

In case you want to change the booking dates, before the 21st day from the date of arrival, then contact us to check availability.

Information about your reservation at the Hotel

All children are welcome at our Hotel and a baby cot is provided free of charge, upon request.

Our guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.

At check-in guests must show their ID or passport.

The placement and use of machines that cause noise and disturbance to the residents, as well as parties and events, are not allowed in the studios.

Smoking and pets are also prohibited in the studios.

Our guests must respect the common quiet hours which are between 15:00 and 18:00.
